Instead of boring you with a long TOS agreement or some wordy license agreement, I need to lay down the rules if you want to host your website:

(1) DO **NOT** PHISH OR SPAM!!! If you do, your website will be gone. No, you won't get it back.
(2) NO WAREZ, PORN, OR MP3s! **YOUR OWN MP3s ARE ALLOWED, NOT ILLEGAL DOWNLOADS!** If we find anything like this on your web space, start looking for another web host because we'll remove your account.
(3) Sites in foreign languages (non-English) are **allowed** AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT VIOLATE THESE RULES!!!
(4) NO TELNET OR SSH! If you upload a shell script or try to SSH into the server, you and your site will be removed and YOU WILL BE BANNED!
(5) KEEP YOUR CONTENT CLEAN! That means no rude photos, and no content that can be found as arrogant, racist, sexist, etc. If we find something we don't like, we'll be nice for once and ask you to take it down. If you refuse after 24 hours, yes, we'll remove your site.

Other than that, you can do what you want - create a forum, start a chat site, web design, PHP work, whatever. I made these rules because I and the other staff are tired of people who want to ruin our fun and other people's websites.
